Terms of Use
IronVault Terms of Use
These terms explain how IronVault may be used, your responsibilities when training, and the limits that apply to the app.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using IronVault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What IronVault does
IronVault is a personal strength training diary and planning tool. It lets you create plans, log workouts, track progress, view history, and export or delete local data. IronVault is not a medical, clinical, emergency, rehabilitation, or professional coaching service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use IronVault. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, deciding whether training choices are appropriate for you, training safely, backing up your data, and complying with applicable laws.
5. Fitness and medical disclaimer
IronVault does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation guidance, nutrition prescriptions, emergency support, or professional fitness advice.
No doctor-patient, clinician-patient, trainer-client, coach-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of IronVault.
You assume full responsibility for your health and safety. Consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, are pregnant or postpartum, or have not exercised recently.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, dizziness, unusual pain, or any symptom that may indicate a medical emergency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronVault and its developer are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your exercise activity, your training decisions, or your reliance on information you enter into the app.
6. Calculations, progress, and recommendations
IronVault may show progress summaries, personal-record estimates, warm-up sets, volumes, streaks, charts, or other calculations based on data entered into the app. These outputs are estimates and diary tools only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your body, equipment, training history, or health status.
You are responsible for checking all weights, reps, sets, exercises, warm-ups, and progressions before using them in a workout.
7. Local data and backups
IronVault stores data locally on your device. The developer does not maintain a server copy and cannot restore deleted data. Export your data regularly if you need a backup.
The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling the app, clearing storage, device loss, device theft, device damage, operating-system updates, backups, restores, or user error.
8. User-initiated export and third-party services
If you export or share data using your device's share sheet, you are responsible for the destination you choose and for that third party's handling of the exported file. IronVault does not control third-party apps, cloud drives, messaging services, email providers, or device backup services.
9. Intellectual property
The IronVault name, logo, design, app code, and included content are owned by the developer or licensed for use in the app. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.
10. No warranties
IronVault is provided "as is" and "as available." The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations, charts, personal-record estimates, warm-up recommendations, or progress summaries will be perfectly accurate for every user or situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronVault and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, physical injury, or health consequences from use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow limitation, including rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some parts of these Terms may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless IronVault and its developer from claims arising from your use of the app, your exercise activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Changes and termination
The app may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires otherwise. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
15. Future paid features
The current version is free. If paid features or subscriptions are added later, separate purchase terms will be shown before any payment.
